WHATS HAPPENING THURSDAY
Well sorry I havnt posted in a few days, thank you ALL so much for your prayers and support. Even tho Carols death ( the SIL's sister) wasnt a part of my immediate family it was still like losing a part of the family. Their family has sorta taken Susan and I in ever since we moved down here.
Today was the funeral and such a busy day. We went to the funeral then went on over to the church while they all went to the cemetary. Our church put on a huge lunch for the whole family so we were busy getting all that ready til people started showing up. It was such a great success with everyone celebrating the life of Carol and her homecoming, just the way Carol wanted it.
On other news, the BIL is doing really well, they've scheduled his next surgery for monday, the doc said the infection was gone and now they can remove the other part of his leg, now he can get on with the healing and recovery process, he has a long road ahead of him but in the long run he'll be around much longer.
Susan started her new job last night, so far she really likes it, she said its gonna keep her busy which she really likes cuz it sure makes the time go by.
Jan Susan was able to schedule the day off of my appt with Dr. H. next month so we should be able to make springfield on the night of the support group then on to Dr. H the next day. Susan said they are really helpful in that way since this appt was scheduled long already.
Well Im gonna get going for now, Susan is at work so I need to get a load of laundry done.
Thanks again to EVERYONE for all the birthday wishes, you all are so special to me, it really means alot to have a great family of support all over missouri.
