insurance approval?

I had my consult with Dr. H Feb. 7th and he said i was a great canidate for surgery, we just have to wait on the approval from my insurance. I have medicare and was wondering if anyone could tell me are they slow to approve this surgery? Thanks all

ty both, i just love Dr. H he's been great. When i went i had my psych papers and 4 letters from my different doctors and he said i should get approved with no problem, was just kinda wondering about the wait to know i was approved or not. I've been on here alot reading peoples stories and everyone seems so loving and caring of each other, it's great. congrates on your date and gl hun.

tony, tyvm ...wensday will be 2 weeks, but i am keeping faith its gonna be alright. Dr. H seemed to think i would have no problem getting approved, i am just not a good waiter, i always start worrying...lol...god bless you too hun. i'm still trying to get my page done, and cant find a pic small enough for this.
