WHATS HAPPENING FOR THURSDAY POSTED ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

Well yesterday sure wasn't like Tuesday was it? But it did get up to 46 instead of the 38 they had predicted for here and most of the day was sunny. The water aerobics class was awesome. I really loved it. Joe went with me and he was upset that he had to get up so early lol. Bless his heart. But he enjoyed it too especially after getting there and seeing that there were as many men in the pool as women and they all stayed for class too. I loved it and my knees weren't hurting at all when I got out. I felt so good and still do. I know I will be going at least 3 times a week. They have a class at 5 in the evening may try that instead don't know. At least he couldn't complain about having to get up too early lol. I told him he has to go this first month and after that if he doesn't like it or doesn't think it is helping him any he doesn't have to go any more. I am so excited about it I did the whole hour without getting out of breath or anything. Wow. If you want to see the picture I took of my bathing suit last years and this years it is on the pictures of my profile and the last one on pictures of me , and friends .... Andrew: hey you can come and give our truck a bath if you want to.lol On the salads I always make them with hard boiled eggs, cheese and bacon (crispy) shrimp, and tomatoes. That way im getting protein as well as the roughage I need. I don't like just iceberg lettuce always use spinach so it has some food value to it. And Ranch dressing, it is good no carbs , . Yeah Survivor starts tomorrow. Cant wait. I love that show too. This one seems like they have thrown some extra twists in there. Rachael: oh how I don't envy you with a sick baby. That is every mothers nightmare isn't it. When they are so little that they cant tell you where it hurts it makes it so bad . And then they are in such misery that they don't sleep well so you don't either. It is stress rolled up into a huge ball . I hope she is getting better and so are you. We will continue to pray for her for healing. Melissa: lol I can just see you with those babies down there and all the smooches that Aunt Meme gave them all. Sorry about your mom canceling her appointment. Hope she doesn't do that again. Hey how neat is that that the pants were too big before you even got to wear them . GREAT!!! Tami: sure wish I lived close to a JCP I would like to get some jeans. But by the time I get to the store the sale will be gone lol. Thanks for the info tho. And oh wow did I ever enjoy my water aerobics class. It was great. You are really working out aren't you? I don't know if I will ever get worked up to doing all of that type exercise. Dannielle: Well I hope you will be ok without the blood thinner that you have been taking?So when would you know if your surgery is a go for the 14th? We will keep you in prayer that all goes well and you are a go for surgery. Im sure they wont do it if there is a doubt in their minds . You have a really good surgeon so rest at east that if he postpones it it is for a good reason. Janet:LOL I can just see your little boy black with mud and of course you couldn't be mad when he gives you treasures. Those are precious gifts like that. And he is washable. Hey if that baby shower ever comes about let me know I would love to be invited for sure. 92 pounds lost is a fantastic amount of weight to lose. That is a small person you know? Not anything to sneeze at. And I am sure that by the middle of March you will lose the other 8 pounds. That is almost a given you know. Amazing. Don't know what to tell you about the job offer for your husband. I don't want to lose you but then you have to do what is best for the family all together. Dear Jan and OH Peeps~ Jan-I am so glad you liked your swim class...It sure feels good to get in the water and excercise-its prob my favorite. I CANNOT WAIT TILL SUMMER.. Jan-we have a couple of stores here who sell jeans rather reasonable-like Name Brand Clothing-if you would like me to go look for some for you-I could (and give me a good excuse to drag Mel with me) and we can bring them to the meeting-do you wear a 10 in jeans as well? Let me know and I will go! Was so relieved when I got Sherrs voice mail, I was like- WOO-HOO....I am so excited. I spent a lot of my day with Mel yesterday because I got some devastating news. My girls' dad is dying and they dont think he has quite a year. PLEASE SAY PRAYERS FOR MY DAUGHTERS....They need them..they need to heal their relationship. He was never abusive with them-but moved around a lot and they have never been what I would call "close"...and this is going to devastate them, as they do care greatly for him. Even I came to a very peaceful place yesterday and would do just about anything in this world not to have this talk with them this weekend. I am very worried about my 16 year old and how she will react-and they just lost their step grandpa last Weds-so its a lot on their plates. The older one (who will be 21) has a college graduation in May and then wedding in July....I would appreciate any prayers!! Thanks. I would also like to say that Mel came out with Starbucks coffee and spent the whole afternoon and part of the evening just hanging out and listening...and I thank God for her every single day-she is the best- MEL...I love ya sis! Well, I am gonna get off here-I cant sleep very well and have a lot to do today...my future son in law is going to help Mels hubby move some stuff, I have to drop my son off with my mom so I can go meet with my ex and his mom to talk, and then I have to do my grocery shopping and pick up a carpet shampooer to get the carpets done. My daughter is having a slumber party this weekend and also has a big choir meeting out of town on Saturday-so we are going to be VERY busy....maybe this is good? Talk to you all later-take care. Good morning everyone ! I must say I enjoyed spending a day at home yesterday spending some quality time with my dog -Damien. He is such a Mama's baby.He follows me from room to room. My new couch and loveseat got delivered and it is SOOOO comfortable! I can definately recuperate on it . My cardiologist sees no problem with me having surgery on the 14th ,of course Dr.G will make the final decision. I get my blood checked today to see how it's going. I have my EGD tomorrow. I'm sure they'll check it again just to be sure . It feels weird to not take my blood thinners . They are a part of my bedtime routine. I didn't wear my contacts yesterday either so I was all messed up . Not taking my bloodthinners is helping get my blood back to where it needs to be,which is what I need. Jan that's a heck of a big difference in those swim suit bottoms ! Go Jan !!Seeing the pictures of your green house and stuff made me think of an idea. We should have a OBESITY HELP -Missouri family reunion ! Wouldn't that be fun? Well I am off to get ready for work. Only 3 days left to work before surgery. Have a great day !! Dannielle

Jan; Just went in to look at your pictures....What a difference!!! The picture of your swim suit was a great idea. Good morning Missouri..... Well it has been a long night...my daughter got up at 130am....and she would not go back to sleep....she finally fell back to sleep around 645am and now she is up again because my son is waiting by the door for the bus to come.....Needless to say I think I am going to have a long day....hopefully she will take a nap for me today.....it does not sound like her lungs are getting any better.....I have been giving her the breathing treatments but to me she still doesn't sound good.....yesterday she spiked a little bit of a temp.... My mom wanted me to let everyone know that she is doing good....she went Tuesday for her post op visit to have her drains removed and she has lost 8 pounds....she is still having a little pain in her left shoulder area....She has been trying to get on to the board but her computer will not let her on for some strange reason.... Good news last night.....my sister was taking a different way home yesterday afternoon to her house and she found her own car....it is totally messed up....there was also some witnesses that saw a female leave the car on Sunday and then come back and clean the car completely out with a stroller.....my sister said the dash is completely ruined as well as the door handle from the outside....also the car will not drive right so she had to have it towed to the nearest KIA dealer....we are hoping that the insurance company totals it because the person who towed it said that they did something really bad to the axels.....right now she is driving a rent a car but that ends on Monday.... Thanks for all the prayers from everyone for my little girl and my family members....it means the world to me that I have some wonderful prayer warriors..... Jan C, so sorry to hear about your ex....I will keep him and your daughters in my prayers......my hubby and his father had a strained relationship and on my F-I-L's death bed they reconciled..... Good Morning Everyone: Just dropping in to say Hello and see how everyone is doing. Were going over to my F-I-L's house today. I am cleaning his kitchen from top to bottom. And DH & Aaron will be moving around some furniture and moving some in. Bless his heart (Aaron is Janet furture S-I-L) and he is helping my DH since I cant lift and DH has a bad leg. Thank god for good friends!!!! Wel it is time for me to get moving. Need to get my vit's taken and get something to drink. And wake DH up and get him motivated. I pray you all have a blessed day!!!! Hello all Missouri OH peeps, Not much going on with me. Busy at work, big meetings today. Still have my kitty problem, think I'll have to have her de-clawed, even though it is not my choice of a solution. Vet says she'll be fine and hopefully it will help the bird hunting. He said if it didn't he'd help me find an indoor home for her. I just don't want to have to have her put to sleep because she acts like a cat!!! However, I'm not the one who has to deal with the dead/dying birds she brings in and John is too tenderhearted about them. I don't want anyone to think he's mean, he's just had it with the killing. He really loves the kitty but he's at the end of his rope too. We'll get this figured out, I have faith in my ability to solve most any problem. Hugs and lovey, Lana

Well just posting quick before I retire for the night. Just finished watching Survivor and now watching Greys. Survivor is gonna be so good this time, would hate to be the one that goes to Exile Island tho, eeeeeeekkk all those sea snakes, nu uh, no no no me and snakes just dont get along lol What a cool twist tho about having them build camp then not all got to stay. Jan those pics of your bathing suits are amazing, what a WOW moment. Can ya believe you were that big just last year? Awesome gurl, keep up the good work. So glad the water aerobics went well for ya's. I planted the spider starts in pots today, I put 4 starts in each pot, it made 5 pots, I didnt think there was that many, I'll bring ya a pot of em Jan in march, like you said they grow fast, in just these few days they had lil roots growing already.
