Good morning......Missouri people......... Hope this finds everyone doing good this morning.....I am work and have been here since about 5:15am.....We are busy, busy again.....I am really beginning to dislike Monday mornings..... Mom is doing great, she goes for her first post op appointment tomorrow.....she is still having a little pain around her shoulder but that is from the air that they blow you up with....I told her to get up and move about as much as she could tolerate..... Took dad some supper last night and he really enjoyed that......their neighbor had brought him some brownies yesterday.....he is really trying hard to stick to a diet now that mom can't eat a whole lot..... My little girl is doing somewhat better....we kept her in the house all weekend and I kept Pediacare in her and she started acting her old self again.....Dalton is off to school today and my hubby surprised him with a stuffed animal that he had been wanting last night while he was asleep....My hubby said that Dalton got up this morning and told him "that is an awful nice surprise you did for me...." Dalton did not even remember that we had woke him up and gave it to him.... He is such the character sometimes..... Well enough rattling this morning......Hope everyone has a blessed day..... God bless Rachael _______________________________________________________________________ Atheists and Marines >A United States Marine was attending some college courses between >assignments. You could hear a pin drop. Ten minutes went by >and the professor proclaimed, "Here I am God. I'm still waiting." It got >down to the last coup le of minutes when the Marine got out of his Chair, >went up to the professor, and cold-****ed him; knocking him off the >platform. The professor was out cold. > >The Marine went back to his seat and sat there, silently. The other >students were shocked and stunned and sat there looking on in silence. >The professor eventually came to, noticeably shaken, looked at the >Marine and asked, "W hat the hell is the matter with you? Why did you do >that?" The Marine calmly replied, "God was too busy today protecting >America's soldiers who are protecting your right to say stupid s***and >act like an a$$****. So, He sent me." Something to ponder on......

Good Morning All......glad to see everyone doing good and keeping themselves busy! Looks like everyones getting ready for spring! It's been giving me spring fever! I can't wait to get my hands dirty! I love spider plants and tomatoes but theres no way for me to make it down there to your alls meeting. The spider plants, when I had them would hang all around my front porch. They would get so big and beautiful! Oh well...in time I will have my yard looking good again! I'm feeling good as far as post surgery goes! I'm getting more energy and looking for things to do...that's a good sign! I still don't have everything figured out but I'm working on it! The water, the pills, the food and how many protein drinks a day I can have and how do you fit everything into one day and what should come first? I need to wait an hour before and after meals before I can drink so do I drink my protein drink first or take my pills first? I take 9 or 10 pills in the morning, three in the afternoon and about 10 at night, most broken in half and I have to take 1 pill every 5 minutes. Maybe I should use my protein drink to wash the pills down? I can't be taking pills on a empty stomach but I usually need pain pills asap in the morning (my low back, legs and sciatica). LOL, I'm in my office, my 2 dogs are laying at each end of my desk and Wyno is on the other room squawking at us! I have a picture of each of them on my profile, if you care to see them. I finally wrote an email to all my family members letting them know that I have had Lap Band Surgery and have lost 23lbs but haven't heard back from anyone! I would of told them sooner but all I would got is a lot of bs about what I should and shouldn't do instead of the support we need! I will keep praying for them! Is anyone gonna be in Sedalia on March 10th? I have my first fill on that day...just thought I would ask. Everyone, have a peaceful day! Me, I think I'm gonna go shoot a bird!!...lol That was weird!! Just as I typed that, she finally shut up!! LOL Wyno...my bird! Love you all....Deb M
