Finally Relief

February already - sure wish the weather would warm up a tad bit! Today I worked out for 45 minutes on the treadmill then did another 45 minutes of weights, squats, leg lifts, etc. That felt really good. I wish everyday was Saturday I had spent the entire week Tuesday through Friday constipated - very frustrating and a bit uncomfortable. On Friday morning I went to the store and bought some chewable Benefiber and some suppositories. Friday night I went to my sisters and she fixed me a little ****tail with "Natural Calm" that helps. Finally early Saturday morning - relief!! I was actually down two pounds also - hmmm wonder why ;) I guess I'll keep taking the Benefiber until I can start eating whole wheat bread and other natural fibers. This full liquid stage has you consuming so much dairy (yogurt, protein drinks, milk, cottage cheese, etc.) that it can be bad. My goal for February 6 is 216 - hope I make it!!!

Hey Girl, Great to see you. I am sure you will be at your goal. You are doing great. Yes it takes the old body a while to adjust to things. The benifiber should help.It won't be long before the 200's are gone for good!! I wish I could do something but stress in this weather. Now my car is not running. We think it is the water pump. I have to have it towed into Sedalia Monday. I have so many meetings and appointments this week I can't afford to miss, I have to get it running. I hope my brother is working monday, he will fix it if possible. Take care and keep us posted. Julia
