I just wanted to post and tell everyone that I have tried the protein balls, that was posted on here, from who I cant remember. I dont try to many receipes, but thought this one looked good and was easy to make. Man they are GOOD! I made a batch today and put pecan chips in them, that is the bomb. The mix has 146g of protein in it. I am not to good at breaking it down to see how much each ball has though. Thanks to everyone. Glad I tried this receipe. Need all the protein we can get, and this is one good way to do it. Kathleen

that is a neat idea to put pecans in them too. that is good protein. just divide the amount of balls you made into 146 that should give you the amount in each ball. they are good arent they. Claudette came up with this reciepe and i keep them in my ref all the time for snacks. great when you are on the go too. to put in your little cooler if you are going to be away from home for the day. Glad you loved her receipe...i sure do too. Jan

I was just thinking, the protein amount will depend on what protein powder and flavor you use since each is different. The 146 is including the nuts Katleen

Do you all think I can have these yet - stage two - suppossed to be anything that will fit through a straw, but I think they said we could have peanut butter - I'm really wanting to make these. Do you just eat one per sitting?? M

I usually cant eat more than 2 at one time, I get to full. I dont think you can have them yet, unless you puree the oatmeal, and I dont know if they would set up good then. You can have just the peanut butter, but I couldnt eat to much of that at first either, still cant, Hope this answered your question Kathleen
