This is it!

Well guys and gals, I had my consultation yesterday with Dr. Wagner. Now I have to sit here and wait. I would like to talk to someone who has had lapband. I have alot of questions. Mostly I need to know how to be patient. And any advice on insurance would be a help. I feel all kinds of emotions....nervous-anxious-excited-scared-I find myself day dreaming alot. I just feel like if I had someone to talk too, thats already been through it..it may help me...any takers ;) Thanks Stacy

Stacy, I wish I could help but I'm RNY. You might try the lap-band forum. Just click on the blue Forums at the top of the page and then List all Forums. But keep coming back here. We'll miss you and want to keep up with your progress. Hugs. Lana

I had my lapband done in September and am very happy with it. If I can answer any questions for you or help you out just let me know.
