I noted in another post today that I worked out last night even though I was to have it off for a meeting, then for another b-day dinner but ended up workign out for 80 mins after the dinner and the meeting was canceled.
I'm starting to really enjoy the eliptical!! I've always had an issue when working out that I get to the point of almost passing out..my heart rate gets too high too.....well some other ladies at my gym commented on how I never seem to sweat! B-I-N-G-O!! I think that may be the issue. I'm not sweating ENOUGH. Weird that I never thought about it before. One of these ladies sweats just bending over to tie her shoe! lol That's what she says and she thinks it's funny how I come in still with all my make-up on and hair looking good and leave the same way, although I am working HARD! So now that this has been brought to my attention, I'm going to talk to my dr about it and jus****ch my heart rate like I have been. When it gets too high, I slow down till it's in the acceptable range again. I always thought this was because I wasn't breathing right that I would begin to fell like I would pass out. maybe it's a combination??
Anyone else have this issue?
