Momma's surgery

I talked to momma a couple hours ago to let her know that she will be fine......she still has no idea that I am going to be there with her......they did move her surgery time up to between 715am and 800am......so i am really going to have to bust tail and get out of the house on time in the morning.....I can get the kids to the sitters at 530am so that will give me at least two full hours to get there.....I can probably make it in about an hour and half but I might hit the morning traffic in Jeff City....So for the last hour since my hubby left to go work night shift I have sat and meditated and prayed that I will have a safe and uneventful trip and will be able to get there before she goes into surgery..... She would hardly talk to me she was so nervous....I kept reassuring her that she will be fine.....her main concern is pain, she does not tolerate pain well.....she was already talking about getting up and walking tomorrow as soon as she can....I know she will do fine......hopefully she will be able to get up and walk while I am still there....daddy is just as nervous as she is.....I think that his sisters are going to drive from St Louis to be there also.... Just keep her in your prayers as I already know everyone is because we are such a big family.....and we all need to move over on the "Bench"........Thanks in advance for all the prayers......and as soon as I have any news I will call Melissa......and have her post.....she also has my cell number so if any of you want to call me just get the number from Melissa....... Rachael, I will keep your mom in my prayers. Also you for a very safe trip to be with her. My daughter did that for me when I lived in KC,KS. It meant the world to me to have her there after surgery. Take care and tell her we are happy for her. Julia
