Old timer here update

Hello, For those that know me I will give and update for those that don't i will introduce myself My name is Marsha I am 29 years old and I had surgery June 16, 2003 while living in belleville, IL after i lost 169 my marriage came to an end and i moved back to my home state to be with my family and gained some weight. I started at 319 got down to 169. In Aug 05 i met the most wonderful guy in the world who loved me inside and out and didnt care if i was big or skinny and together we built romance and well i got prego and we married in Feb 06 in may of 06 I gave birth to my little boy my c-section 4 weeks early and he was 5 lbs 1 oz when i brought him home. I went and got the depo shot and put no 48 pounds today I am now 260 only cause I lost weight cause I have been sick. I have a distal hiatal hernia and inflamed esophagus and acid reflux and on loads of meds for that and stomach spasms. I don't regret doing this its just i wished i would have used the tool they gave me correctly and that didnt happen. Marsha good to see you. Can you not use the tool now? I know it will mean lots more exercise than you had to do in the honeymoon period but is it still not possible? Good to meet you and hope to see you on here more often. What a beautiful baby. Jan

Working on it having stomach issues is really hard i just got to were i am able to eat again after 3 weeks so its little by little but i am down 20 from my highest that i was at Thanks marsha

MARSHA, I think it's great that you share your story so openly as folks need to here every side of the outcomes......I've recently put on about 13 ounds of my lost weight back on and I'm DETERMINED not to let it get any higher and I'm working hard to bring it back down, or at least get my body fat% to a number I like. I got to my goal fairly easily but it's STAYING there that IS the hardest part, for me anyway. Good luck with getting your health going in the right direction again......re: stomach issues you are having. Congrats on the new marriage and baby! Tami
