WHATS HAPPENING.......FRIDAY MORNING.

Oh thank you Lord for such a beautiful day yesterday WOW! And is suppose to be more so today. I have started several seeds yesterday and will do more today. I may be rushing the season a little but hey what else are you going to do with having a green house. Oh by the way I put a picture of my little green house on my profile under my pictures and also my huge tomato plant in there that has tomatoes on it lol. They are Cherry tomatoes but will still be good when they ripen. Yummy Last fall when the tomatoes were plentiful I couldn't have any because of just being a newbie bu****ch me eat those suckers this year. Speaking of eating I have tried and tried to like yogurt and have never been able to get myself to like it I think I finally found one small enough that I can tolerate it and I had just a little bit of splenda to it and it actually is pretty good It is Dannon light and fit. Small cups 4 oz only 2 grams of sugar 5 protein and 3 grams carbs. This is the first one I have seen that was low in carbs and sugar and fat is only 3 grams too. So for you that like yogurt this is a good thing. Those that don't it is small enough that maybe we can get thru it lol and sprinkle a little splenda on it and see if it goes down better. It is suppose to be really good for you so I will continue to eat it . oh and the calories if you happen to be counting them isd only 60 and beside the beneficial benefits of yogurt. Did you all see that Sugar,my sister got a clean bill of health from the lung doctor? Yippppppeee. Her surgery will be March 7th I am so happy for her. Yea Sugar!!!!! Hey I am putting together a birthday list of people on here that want their names and birthdays listed, no year necessary lol when I get them all in I will post it in order and you can copy and print it for you future use. That way when we have a birthday come up we can all wish the person happy birthday an can even send them an e card if you wish. I just think it would be something neat to do. How about you? Well Debbie is having surgery this morning and we will wait for Andrew to post and let us know how she is doing. Im sure she will do just fine. She was so funny yesterday with all the questions and different post lol. We are praying for you Debbie. Claudette: so glad that you are ok I was afraid you might be mad lol. I wouldn't do anything to hurt your or anyone else's feelings for anything in the world. Thank you. Andrew: well wont be long till David will be calling you about Debbie. Be sure and post as soon as you hear, you hear? Shoot you should be able to get down to your goal easily by the time you go back to see Dr. Hornbostel. Yeah I drink all different flavors of green tea daily. I hope it helps you lose weight as the ads say lol. It sure is good. Vesta: good morning to you. How are you doing? Are you able to walk better now? Keep on doing all you are suppose to do and you will be fine. Lana: Yeah you know that I am more than ready for spring. But I know it will be a while yet before that happens. We are still in for some more cold im afraid. Just hope there is no more of that ice . Janet: Well as you can see by the top of the letter how my sisters check up with her lung doctor turned out. GREAT!!!! Yeah teaching kids how to drive is not a job for the faint of heart. Lol I went thru the 3 of mine teaching them and then a grandson. No more No thanks ... I know what you mean about the sun. I get really down and depressed if we go more than a week without the sun. They called that something , cant remember what it is but what ever im it lol Don't forget to send me your birthday so I can add you to the birthday list ok. I think it will be loads of fun to get several e cards on your birthday and lots of well wishes on the board too. Oh just want you all to remember that on the other hand you have different fingers. Well Praise the Lord for another mighty fine day yesturday. Im gonna make this a quicky cuz I want to get ot the gym early and be back in time for Davids call that Deb is outta surgery and on her way to being a loser!!! Woot Woot, its been a long time coming for that girl. Yes ma'am Jan, I'll sure post as soon as David calls lol She's prolly arriving at the hospital as I type this and fixin to get all hooked up and ready to go. I remember when I was just arriving at the hospital, I was so excited and yet could nto believe I was actually there to have WLS Surgery!! Tammy I'll sure send the info about the next Fredericktown Support Group as soon as I get back from the gym, I sure hope you get to attend!!! Woot Woot Sugar, that is sooooooooooo awesome, congrats gurl, wont be long now and you'll be on that losers bench!!!! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Good Morning All: Had trouble with my Laptop. My screen went out so, was without for awhile. It was torture! hehe. Dell sent someone out to replace it so I'm ok now. Haha. It's amazing how much we rely on our computers! My birthday is August 4th, would love to be on the list. I'm trying to get in a habit of some kind of exercise...those of you that met me know my thoughts on that. I always say " I exercise my right to not to exercise" but, I know I really need to do it. Good Morning!! I am so glad to hear about Sugar-AWESOME.....Congrats on that..so now we are all cleared for the rest of the journey, what a relief!! Today Debbie will join us on the losers bench, and thats always exciting!! Yesterday was so nice, and yet I only went outside a couple of times when our pup got out of their fence. Seems that he was getting on top of their food house and jumping over the fence!! Scandrel. He wants to be in the house-but then Jon gets all wound up and they run and run and run and get wild, and someone (Jon) ends up getting hurt, so I dont let him come in too often..not to mention he has doubled in size since December 22. (AKC choc lab) Today already is nice and sunny and I dont have any plans today either....Would like to take my son to the park, but its too wet still-so we will probably just go for a walk and do some house cleaning. We are going to go to dinner at Mels house tomorrow and my parents are taking the kids for the WHOLE night-YIPEE.....its been awhile, so that will be nice. Then we have ANOTHER birthday on Sunday-Jon will be 4 years old and he is pretty excited about this birthday.....I think I will be able to relax after that for awhile anyway!! Hello all you Missouri peeps, A beautiful day today, warm and sunny. I think I heard it's going to get cold again over the weekend but I'm going to enjoy this day that the Lord has made and plan to stay in and work on the patchwork sweatshirt over the weekend. So glad to hear that Sugar's test was good. March 7 is coming up fast. Janet you have a great time at Melissa's. It's so good to get out without the darling kiddies sometimes. Grown-ups need play time too!!!! Andrew, we're waiting for that post about Debbie. Hope the gym was fun. Re exercising. I used to say it was a dirty word but got hooked on the treadmill at the gym before surgery and am going back to the gym tomorrow to walk away. I just don't do it if I don't go to the gym. Am promising to walk Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday so hold me to it. Love and hugs to you all. Lana

Good Morning Missouri! Hurray!! the sun is shinning. I have no idea what it was like yesterday cause my hubby and I were both sick with a cold yesterday. We slept almost all day. But we are both much better today. I am back at work and the little one I watch is still struggling with her cold. Please pray she gets better soon. I am so ready for spring. We bought a new house in Sept and I can't wait to do some landscaping this spring. Flowers and rock gardens. We may even ad a padio in our back yard. Debbie: I am praying for you! Can't wait to hear from you when the surgery is done and you are recovered a bit. I actually like the Dannon lite and fit brand. The smoothies are good too. Have you tried them yet? I am glad I will at least know one thing I can eat whenever I get the surgery. It looks like it may take a while. I called in to get an appointment for a full physical, the Dr suggested we start there, since I really haven't had one in several years. Well, I can't even get in for that until Feb 19th. So it seams like this might drag on. I am also waiting for the Dr to call me back with a date for my sleep study. They should be calling today or Monday. Anyone have any plans for the weekend? Other then cleaning a bit since we were sick all week, I think we are just going to take it easy. Maybe go visit my hubby's parents. The weekends always seam to go fast. Good Morning Everyone: Well today is Deb big day. I just read Andrew's post about her just going to surgery. It looks like we need to make room on the Loser Bench for our newest Loser!!! Isnt it amazing how this surgery changes your life??? No, wonder them make us jump thro all these hoops. I know it isnt cause they have our best interest at heart (insurance comp's) But I am sort of glad that to a point the drag there feet. That way we can better prepare ourselfs and not make any rash decisions. Today I am cleaning house. Going thro drawers and my file cabnet getting rid of some things. DH is going over to his fathers house today. DH is taken some boxes over that we already packed. All my photos are off the walls and now it looks so bare. Hopefully I can sell some more thing this weekend. I hope you all have a blessed day. Looking foward to Andrew's post on how Deb is doing. Have a great weekend everyone.
