WHATS HAPPENING THURSDAY
We made it past the middle of this week and Looks like Debbie is headed this afternoon to Sedalia to have her surgery first thing Friday morning.
Good luck Debbie and know that all of us will be praying for you and for Dr. Hornbostels hands to do his magic for you too. We will all be waiting for Andrew to report how you are doing . I know that he will do you well as an angel.
Claudette: so very sorry if I let everyone think that I invented the protein balls. I just told them it was a good recipe and loved them I don't think they even thought I made that up just someone that gave them a recipe. I hope that didn't make you mad at me or anything. Anyway I apologize deeply for that. Wouldn't hurt your feelings for anything in this world. Love you girl
Andrew: yes we have had two beautiful days and expect to see today as one too.
That is fantastic weight losses for both you and Susan. Wow. Make me a little jealous lol. Go for that goal in March. How much do you need to do to be there?
Janet: Oh wow to be 16 again. Well no actually I wouldn't want to be unless I could know what I know now. Life would have been a lot different. Hope that birthday cake turned out well , with the help of a 3 year old making it lol
I can imagine.
Melissa: you sound about as busy as me. Well sometimes anyway. Sometimes im so busy and other times I don't have anything to do. Did you get your satellite back on?
Colette: that was good that you had the day off. I hope you all get your plans for the meeting worked out soon and can start having your meetings. That area needs one badly.
Rebecca: sounds like you got the ball rolling toward WLS.
There are some things that you have to do but hopefully you wont have to jump thru too many hoops.
Sorry about everyone there being sick. Take care of yourself and don't get sick
Pastor Bob: Thanks for the scriptures for us today. My favorite bible chapter is Psalms 121. To me it has been a lifeline so many times in my life. The fact that he doesn't sleep bu****ches over us at all times means the world to me.
Hope you get a surgery date soon.
Tami: What a great way to pray for an answer. Thanks I am going to remember that the next time I need to pray for an answer about something.
Rachael: oh what a great surprise that would have been for you to come to the support meeting. We would have loved to see you. Maybe you and your mother can both come some time would be great. We will be holding your mom in prayer when her day gets here next Wednesday.
Debbie by the way yes now I have used phayzme and it works too. But right after surgery I was afraid to swallow a pill so I used the gas x strips. Praying for you girl
Yesterday we went to massage therapy and my back feel better always after that . The girl gives me an excellent massage. And concentrates on the upper back.
Stopped at wal-mart on the way home and got a few things.
Nothing too exciting lol
Tomorrow my sister goes to the lung specialist So keep her in prayer that the verdict from him will be ok for surgery.
I hope everyone has a great day and remember
LOVE AND JOY AND PEACE ABOUNDS

Praise the Lord,
Another fine day it was yesturday. Now they say a cold spell is coming in, boy I wish this weather would make up it's mind, cold warm cold warm, no wonder people around here at least have colds. Susan is struggling with a cold, that thing just dont seem to want to leave her.
Jan in order to get down to 350 lbs I have 35 more to go. Actually I think I can do that by the end of Feb. I wanted to make a goal that I know I can reach, if I do that I'll just keep on going, my appt in Sedalia is March 27.
I've also started drinking a couple cups of green tea each day, that seems to of helped my metabolism get jump started, least I think it has, i've read where it does help the metabolism, might be all in my head but hey it's good for ya so I'll do anything I can.
Today we dont have much going on, this is our cardio day at the gym, we'll go do that this morning and then go over and clean the church, we usually do that on thursdays. I still go to the weekly weightloss group here, its not a bariatric group but one simular to weigh****chers called First Place, the bible study this session is on obtaining Victory in our Lives, its really good.
Deb you and David have a safe drive to Sedalia this afternoon, we're sure praying for ya. I'll be lookin forward to Davids call that your out and doing great.
Well Im gonna wrap this up and get my morning shake. Everyone have a wonderful day.
Bless ya's
Andrew
Good Morning Posties!!
Oh boy, Oh boy, Oh boy.....here we go!! Got my bags packed, house clean, dogs set up, stocked up on groceries. I think I'm ready to go. Thank you ALL for your prayers.....and for the info on gas....lol We should be heading out as soon as David get's home from work!!
Thanks for the prayers, I know their working because I slept like a log last night. The only time I woke up, I was praying! I guess I was doing it in my sleep, must of got to loud and woke myself up...lol Hey, it's a lot better than waking yourself up snoring!
I pray that while I'm away you guys behave yourselves and stay out of trouble!!...lol It will be strange being away from my computer and all of you for a couple of days but I will be back soon enough and telling you all the gory details of my stay at the Hotel Bothwell.
Well, I think that's all for me now. I should be back on several times before 3:00, if not I will post as soon as I am able!
Praise to you God for allowing this surgery to happen, not just for me but for all of us on here! I thank you for my OH family, their prayers have carried me through already! I know with their continued praying as we travel and as I go into surgery Friday that you Lord will be there! I pray that you touch their hearts as you have touched mine! Answer their prayers Lord, that they may be healed physically, emotionally, financially and spiritually!! Bless them and their families Lord! Give them strength and courage to overcome whatever it may be holding them back! Shine your light on them as they walk in your spirit Lord! Break the heathen's hold on them and allow their spirits to fly high, to walk with a bounce in their step, to be able to smile at whatever comes their way, to laugh in the face of satan himself!! Lord you are our Father and we are your children, shield us from danger and our enemies so that we may serve you better! Thank you Lord Jesus for ALL that you've done and will continue to do! Amen!!
Love you guys!! Deb M

Debbie, Jan and the Missouri OH loved ones,
Hallelujah!! What a beautiful day and I hear tomorrow is supposed to be in the 50s. I am so ready for Spring but I also know winter will have her way with us for at least another month!! This is Missouri after all.
Debbie, You are being lifted up in prayer for travelling mercies and for your surgery. You are embarking on an exciting adventure and I know your faith and the strength of the Lord will see you through to the losers side. The first few days after surgery are kind of rough but after that it is clear sailing and just walk and sip and you'll be amazed.
Blessings to all of you from your friend.
Lana
Happy Thursday Fellow OH Peeps....
First, let me say that Debbie will be in my prayers for surgery. Be safe driving and we will see ya on the "losers bench" tomorrow!! WOO-HOO
Jan, your sister will be in our prayers as well. Let us know how that all turns out!
Yesterday was busy and a little more stressful than I thought it would be with the kids going back to school for the first time in a week and a half, I found the little guy to be more demanding than normal and a little cranky. We went to Melissa's house to pick up some things and see her dog, Buttons, which my 3 yr old became VERY attached to while we were watching her when Mel was in the hospital. He believes she is ours and wanted to take her home yesterday....we went shopping for my daughters birthday and my son insisted on picking out some flowers for her-how cute that was. The day went good and ended with me letting her drive!! I thought IF I can make it through this past year and all the trials and tribulations, I can surely teach and let her drive-BOY-I could have used a valium (lol) and will let her dad finish that task!!
I hope that everyone is doing well and are enjoying this sunshine-so bright you have to wear shades-it sure has felt good. I think I missed the sun more than anything when we got our storm, it just looked so gloomy!!
Take care everyone and see ya soon. Jan
