~~Thanking the Angels in my life~~

I wanted to post a big THANKS for all the prayers I got from my fellow OH friends and for all the kind words and love you feel from the people you meet here. There are a couple of people I need to thank individually, though.....I met Sherr at a seminar in July in Springfield and we shared the journey of testing, trials, tears and fears together. I thank you for all of the "ear time", the listening, and the LONG hours of keeping me awake on my trips to and from Columbia and just being there. Thanks for being such a good friend to me and I love ya dearly for it. Mel (Melissa)....where would I be without ya? When I was starting to feel like I would never have the surgery and didnt know what was going on....You asked me to stop by your place and you had some shake mixes for me to try and I will NEVER forget pulling up in front of your house and seeing the difference 6 months had made in you, and I will never forget the excitement I felt after leaving your house. I felt like a kid who had just gone to Disneyland-that day truly changed my life FOREVER.....who would have ever guessed that we were like twins as far as our likes and dislikes and that we would bond like this? Not just us, but our spouses and kids alike. You didnt just take me under your wing, but you became my sister, my best friend and an aunt to my children.....I know you help a lot of people with your words of wisdom and your love~I just thank the Good Lord for letting our paths cross and bringing me friends like you. THANKS FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME!! Our road trip to Columbia was so much fun.....I wish we could all get together and do a girls trip sometime-how much fun would that be? I just wanted everyone know how I feel. I have met a couple of other people here who I still write to and love dearly, but they arent on the Missouri board..... Thanks everyone, for everything!!! Jan Wow where do I begin after your post??? Thank you just wouldnt even begin to cover it. You know there have been times in my life. Where I wondered to myself if I have ever made a difference in someones lives. You know kind of like that movie "It's a Wonderful Life"?? And to see them in words or hear them coming from someones mouth. Really touches my heart in a way that I never knew I could feel. You & your family (Yes, even Mike) are more to Terry & I then just friends. I dont think blood relatives could draw us closer to each other then we are. Your kids are the world to me and I love them dearly. And the fact that I have been adopted into Aunt stage is such a thrill and honor. I hope you know in your heart of heart how much I treasure our friendship that we have. And I look foward to it growing and deeping with each and every passing day!!!!! Love you infinity!!!!
