A Big Mac® and large fries are about 1160 calories. It takes about 20 steps to burn one calorie - so it will take around 23,200 steps just to walk it off! At about 2000 steps per mile you will have to walk just over 11 miles for 4 or 5 hours. Here's to your health - skip the Big Mac® and fries and try a healthy alternative - like a turkey burger! OR SKIP IT ALL TOGETHER AND JUST EAT THE MEAT PATTY LOL NO FRIES PLEASE

lol...thank I will just stick to cottage cheese and protein drinks now lol, but them burgers did taste good when I use to eat them...vesta

I really thought I'd miss getting a quick burger at McDonalds or somewhere but I dont, thats a GOOD thing. Even tho Im still working on my eating habits like slow eating and so forth, alot has changed like I thought I'd miss certain things and so far I dont, it's weird cuz I dont even miss sweets. I LOVED donuts or cinnimon rolls and stuff but I really have no desire for them anymore. Today while waiting around for the jury selection they brought in a huge box of donuts and rolls and all, it kind of made me a bit nausious to even smell them, THANK YOU LORD. Andrew
