Blue Springs Support group

Update! The lady I am suppose to speak with about a meeting room at St. Mary's will not be in the office until tomorrow weather permitting. I also called the YMCA in Blue Springs and she said they have a nice room for 25 dollars per hour. That is the member rate. I have a few other calls in as well to different places. Unfortunately, the weather is not helping! I'll keep everyone updated! Stay Warm! Janet

thanks Janet for all your checking into rooms for us. Please keep us posted. this weather is really something. On the way home last nite, on our gravel road I decided to do some wheelies. (3 in fact and landed in the ditch.) the road was like a skating pond. The wrecker came and got me out and believe it or not - no damage to the car and I was not hurt. It happened 1/2 mile from home. Janet you might try looking into a library if there's one close by, there's a couple libraries around here that have meeting rooms and they book them for different groups for free. Just a thought. Andrew

Hey guys! Thanks for the great ideas! My friend thought of that as well! I'm on it! There is the library just past where I live on 7 hw, but I think there is one off I-70 that may be closer. I'm south of 70. Collette! Are you okay? Be careful girl! The gravel roads out where my sis lives in Odessa are so bad she hasn't been able to go anywhere! Hopefully, it warms up soon! I grew up in Michigan, but I am such a wimp now after living here for 15 years! Everyone stay warm and safe! Janet
