WHATS HAPPENING FRIDAY

Hey everyone. We are in Fayetteville,Ark and I am using my friends computer and it is late and my husband is asleep in the bed next to the computer so I am going to make this short and sweet. Hopefully it wont rain here tomorrow and we can go diamond hunting but doesn't look good for now.But we are having a really good visit and talking up a storm.Needless to say Im not sleeping ,they live right in town and the traffic is horrible outside their condo. This country mouse doesn't do really well in the city.lol I much prefer listening to crickets than traffic or sierens. Well finally broke my weight stall and dropped 2 pounds in one day. I upped my protein and water intake and am trying to get in more exercise . Diane: I would guess your sleeplessness is due to worry but only a guess. You know that God has your back. Im sure with the resumes you are sending out you should find a different job soon, Sounds like a good plan on the weight loss. I don't know what is going to be my goal weight . I think I will know it when I get there. Will try to find you that big ole diamond if it doesn't rain us out .lol Sherr: Don't worry about your hair, some people never lose theirs I think. I would rather be bald than fat, I can always buy a wig lol Love the picture of you . Your really look good in it. Lol about the creamer and protein powder guess they do look a lot alike. That is the sort of mistake I would make. Lana: that is why im not getting those jeans yet either. I can get those 12s on but I didn't say how they looked lol. Ive got too big of a belly to wear them and look good. The melatonin does it take a while for it to start working? I mean do you have to take it awhile before it starts? So far it isn't working lol Hope you get to KC for the weekend. Julia:boy wouldn't I be lucky if I could find everyone a nice big diamond. Lol Debbie M: Take care driving to Sedalia when ever you go .Hopefully the snow and ice will wait till you get where you need to be. Yes I think you are the next in line to be a loser. WOW. Craig: thanks for deciding to work on eating more food and getting healthy. You didn't have this surgery to become less healthy than you were. Howdy sis, I know you probably wont need shades down there this weekend but you all will have one sunny time anyway! Guess what? I finally tried the protien powder with a little splenda in my soy milk and a little sf toffee coffee flavoring I had........YUMMOOOOO! It tastes sorta like a milk shake. I give it a big And I felt so full after i drank it. How much milk do you usually mix it with? I used 8 oz. I am going to go make some oatmeal and try it in there...gotta go and get to the pool for my exercise today Love you and have a great time. Sugar PS Havent heard from the Dr.'s office yet on the results of the CT.

Momma J and Co. Well, isnt it a dreary, cold and rainy Monday. Boooo on that. Momma J, I hope you have a great time this weekend. I am hoping to be financially able to see my "Avalanche Fan Club" buddies the first week in May of this year. We are having this huge GTG in Nashville, TN, but I just can't imagine HOW I will have enough money to go.... It's hard being here, all my friends are sooooooo far away from me. Hi Jan, Here I am posting as promised *L*. So you are visiting AR huh? That sounds like lots of fun, we hope to go to Eureka Springs this yr for our wedding anniversary. Jan Glad to hear that your haveing such a good time on your visit. I have tried calling David and Wayne but noone pick up. I left a message at boths house and will post when I hear back from them. Hopefully they will call me back. Well Missouri it looks like our rain and ice is heading your way. I am over in the Southwest cornor and it i****ten our all ready. I am getting my house ready in case we loose power like they are warning us. I have batterys, candles, food, water, ect. Out local news is telling us we could get up to 6 inches of ice. Thats not good!!!! Please becareful out there. And if you dont have to be on the roads dont go outside!!! If your dont hear from me for a few days you'll know why. lol God Bless Melissa

HEY EVERYONE! TGIF!! I've been battling a cold that's got me just wanting to GO TO BED. BUT I'm still making it to the gym. In fact last night was the first night I could work-out w/o any restriction from my Dr. since having my BA in November. So I began chest/shoulder workouts. Boy did I feel weak!!! But it jsut feels so good to be workign out again on a regular basis. This is our 3rd week at the gym. And I'm happy to say I'm getting my excess snacking in check a little better too. Feeling better about that. : ) Looks like this is going ot be a good weekend for just staying home(except for church!) . Guess we'll finally have to tackle the x-mas decor that's STILL up! lol I can't remember the last time it was up this long....Jim's usually got it down ASAP after Christmas! lol Be careful in this weather everyone!!! Hey country mouse, so glad you came our way. We did have a great time, didn't we? I can't wait until spring so we can do a weekend of diamond searching. I think we should have a wls picnic down there with those wls gals in that area. Since we will be the visitors, they will have to provide us with entertainment. What do you think?
