Hey Everyone IN Indep,Blue Springs,Holden,Odessa,Oak rove, Grn Valley

I've been seeing a lot of discussions but haven't seen any conclusions yet. Can we get a support group started for the Indep and Blue Springs areas as well as maybe Buckner, Odessa, Sugar Creek, Holden, Oak Grove, and Grain Valley? I think we would eventually get quite a few people together. Lets get this done soon so we can all benefit from each others suggestions and to help support each other along our journeys. Hi Michelle, You forgot Lexington j/k *LOL*... This would be a great idea, I had my surgery in KS. I live 3hrs away from my surgeon'ss program/support group so I definitely can't make it to those regularly. I could really use the support right now and hope something gets going soon. ~~~Triple C.~~~

I live in south KC, but would be possibly willing to attend something on the Missouri side. I had my surgery in Overland Park at Shawnee Mission Medical Center, but the night that they meet, first Thursday of each month, doesn't work well for my schedule. Let me know. Scott

That would be great. I live in Holden and friend who lives in Urich recently had surgery in St. Louis. We've gone to the support meetings in Sedalia but would like to find one that is closer. Patty

I live in Blue Springs. I origionally offered my apartment clubhouse, but I'm thinking it might be too small. I attend church in Oddessa, but it's on a gravel country road which is hard to find. Hey everyone,I talked to a women name Rose Hopper and she would of been our support group leader out of BlueSprings,but has found herself a job and cannot do it no longer,She did say she did tell me Saint Mary Hospital may have a couple of rooms.And I believe its free to the public.We need to find a leader who has taking the class course to lead us and go check it out. Lakewood Way 64064.Its the building with all the blue tinted windows.
