I'm Home!!

and it feels great to be here! Thank you all so very much for your thoughts and prayers. It was nice to meet Vesta and to be in the hospital at the same time. We got to visit several times. However, I could not keep up with her - I guess she one the races Jan. She was about 5 hours ahead of me - so when she was up walking I was still groggy and then when I walked she would be down. But we enjoyed being next door to each other. She has a very nice family! My surgery was Tuesday and my worst time was Wednesday night - cramping and nausa, but I was starting my monthly come to find out, so that added to the whole deal. Other than that the pain from the stomach area has been minimal. I have sipped at broth, juice and a SF popsicle. Lots of adjustments to come! Thanks again for all the support, Hugs, Marilyn

Hang on Marilyn, "adjustments" is just not the appropriate word. It is gonna be a wild ride. Hope you feel good and that the pounds melt away soon. Get lots of rest. ~Diana~
