Mariyln's doing fine.

We arrived at the hospital at 8:15 am and Marilyn went into surgury at 10:10 am yesterday. It lasted approximatly 2 hours and all went well. She was in the recovery area another hour and then up to her room at 1:45 pm. She was tired and groggy the first three hours and then I had to leave to come home to take care of our 8 year old son. The lady that had her surgury just a couple of hours befor Marilyn was allready up and around (walking the halls). I left hoping Marilyn would be that far along in a few hours and I could go back and see her. It turned out I couldn't get back last night. I put our son to bed at 9:00 pm and fell asleep myself. At 10:00 pm Marilyn called and woke me up. She sounded like her old self again! She was feeling good just then and that was encouraging. We just talked this morning and she sounded a little more tired. It will probably be like that for awhile (up and down). I will be leaving in a little while to spend the day with her.
