Eagon or Halpin?

Anyone have those doctors from Barnes?

Hi, Dee I'm brand new to the group this evening. I am in the process of trying to decide surgeons. I think I've narrowed it down to either Dr. Norbert Richardson, Dr. Eagon or Dr. Halpin. But not sure where to go from here...... where do I go to find a surgeons' stats. I.,e., #of specific surgeries done, success, or number of any deaths (if any). How about the hospital stats. I would be looking at Barnes Jewish Hosp vs. Alexius. I read the hospital comments by people, but I was wondering where to see the stats numbers regarding hospital rate of infection (staph). Can you help me anyone? Thanks.

I had Halpin, and just love her to death. My friend had Eagon, and said the same thing. I also wanted to tell you that Barnes is rated in the top 10 hospitals in the United States. I don't know anything about the other one. If you choose Barnes and Eagon or Halpin, let me know, I will help you through the process. Dee
