Someone pinch me...and make sure....

Am I dead....well I sure felt like it this morning...... I started my water aerobic boot camp class this morning at 6:15 a.m....whew.....and even without my morning cup of java......am I nuts or what..... Any way, it was great....the instructor was great and I had a real wonderful work out...non-stop for the whole 45 minutes....now I am anxious to see the results. This will be so wonderful because the class ends just 3 days before my next plastic surgery...so I should be in good shape. I would really encourage everyone to see abou****er aerobics classes in your area, especially if you have bad knees and and bad back like me....it was very much an eye opener and have felt so alive at work today....it is a real morning start......
