Almost time

Well it is a week from today that I have my surgery. I am getting so nervous. I have been going back and forth with the whole idea of having surgery. I really want the surgery just scared. Was everyone as scared as I am. I feel like I am obsessing a little Well I hope everyone is having a wonderful New Year so far

Gretta i think that most everyone went thru at least a few days of being scared. What you have to ask yourself is this. Have you ever been able to diet and get the weight off? did you keep it off? Do you have any life threating things wrong with you now on the start of them? Do you believe God led you to this surgery? If you can answer yes to these then no reason to be afraid . Trust in God and he will lead you thru it. Love you Jan

Jan is so right... I think I would rather have this surgery, to keep from having a heart attack or something else down the road... but we will be fine just turn everything over to God and think positive thoughts....we will make it.....love ya....vesta

Gretta, Just don't let fear rule your life. Don't give up your dream because you are afraid. God is so good, He'll watch over you if you ask Him to. There are many of us on this board who will be lifting you up in prayer. Be brave to start the rest of your life. We love you and want you to have this chance to be healthy again.
