WHATS HAPPENING THURSDAY

Yesterday was such a good day. I went to the chiropractor and she put my shoulder back into place and felt so much better then went on to town and had my massage. Oh wow what a relief. We had lunch with Sugar, my sister she left yesterday afternoon to go to St. Louis to have an all day class and stuff up there and they are suppose to give her , her surgery date tomorrow. I can't wait for her to have surgery too. She is beginning to develop diabetes and I want her to get this surgery before it gets hold of her too bad. That runs in our family and I feel so lucky that I never got it and now with the surgery I probably wont. After doing all of that. I told Joe that I needed some new pants since I only have one pair and it gets hard to keep them clean when I need something decent to wear, Most of the time around the house I wear old sweats or flannel pants that are just hanging on me. Lol I can do that way out here in the country. Anyway I told him the dollar store had some cheap pants that I could get a new pair. Got a 10/12 and they fit great. And when I got home there was a pair of pants waiting for me from a friend that is poplin that button all up the front, no stretch of any kind in them. I looked at them and said no way can I wear that or even get it on but have learned to try stuff anyway and they went on just fine, buttoned pretty easy even though they are really too tight in the waist I could wear them if I had too and they are size 11s. I can't believe it. I hold those pants up and think; NO WAY can I get my big butt in those but it goes. Amazing! Brenda: I am so proud of you for starting a support group over there. It is really needed. Don't get discouraged if it is just you and Andrew and the other lady to start. It will grow. It may take awhile but it will. I know it will. Put out flyers and be sure and post it on the site here several times in advance of the date. Just is very exciting for you I know and you will be just fine. I am praying for Dennis that he gets an approval from his insurance company. That would be so great for him. Barbara T: lol im like that if I get woke up then it is really hard for me to get up and move and try to go back to bed and sleep. Joe has learned that if I fall asleep on the couch just leave me alone when I do wake up and go to the bathroom and want to I will come to bed. I hope you have a great day today, and get all the things done that you want to. Keep trying to email Tracey she would love to talk to you I know. She wouldn't have offered if she didn't mean it. When Treece gets back online she can help you get your picture on here. She is very good about helping us all. Betty: Wow you don't have much of a work week this week do you. Tues,wed, half a day thur and half day Friday, now that is a good schedule but will make next week seem really long . LOL a VEG day? That is funny. Isn't that a good feeling when you try on new clothes that you thought would fit and they are way too big. Wow is not a big enough word to describe how you feel is it. So you will be having more surgery on March 3rd? that is so great. You are going to be sharp looking with all the exercising and stuff you are doing too. I hope one day that I can get into some sort of routine of exercise but I know as soon as warm weather gets here I will have a good exercise program going with my flower gardens and swimming etc. Keep posting is so good to hear from you. Tami: hope you plan on being at the next meeting? Missed you last month. I know you were going to visit family for Christmas. I hope you had loads of fun with them all. Melissa: yea there she is back online. Sure hope you get to come to the meeting this month too. I have missed you so much. Oh wow I don't envy you having to move. How long have you been there? I guess if you are going to rent out your house you will have to put everything that you don't take with you to your FIL in storage. That is a big job trying to decide what to take and what not to take. You will want enough to make it feel like home to you without making it not feel like home to him. Hard job to do too. You be sure and take it easy and don't be picking up or moving things ok. We sure don't need you to be in the hospital again. Sherr: thanks for the offer about my picture. I will have Joe to take some today maybe if I can find my face iron. Lol Lana: Yea I remember ZsaZsa saying that. And it is sort true. Oh well I have some money in my jar saved for the face lift lol How are you and that cold/cough doing? I hope you found something that will help you. And you are feeling better by now. Anxious to see you on the 22nd too. Sugar said she would be there and would share her news with everyone. Did you get your drain out? Those sound like they would really hurt tome me. I'm so glad my surgeon doesn't do them. Diana: If there is a Toyota dealership in the area see if they need anyone since I heard on the news that their sales are on the up rise. Sounds like you have lots of good office experience to maybe even be able to work in other areas such as a bank or loan company. You have some great experience and I know it is hard to try to change jobs you have a leg up on a lot of people since you have all of that experience. Will continue to keep you in my prayers. Deanna: wow girl 182 pounds since April, I can't even imagine how good you must look. That is so so great. LOL I can't remember the vacation times being so long when I was a kid either but I guess that was because we weren't the parent having to take care of us. Lol I know what you mean about thinking sometimes that this is a dream and you will wake up fat all over again. Oh man please don't let that be so. I am having way too much fun how about you? Feels so good doesn't it? Craig: I see you posted and are still having troubles with this site. I know what you mean I don't think it is near as good as the old site either. If I go to check out a private message that I get on here it will cut me off from the site after I have read the message and have to sign all back in again and sometimes have to do it several times. Your weight loss is really amazing man. Can't wait to see you sometime soon. That is so good about retiring your cane. You are doing so very well. Are you in an exercise program or just walking? When do you start to school? Well I am starting to get sleepy again so I will close this for now since I reread some of the things I said yesterday and have no idea what I was trying to say, must have fell asleep at the end when I was getting ready to close it up. Good morning Missouri.... Sorry I haven't been on the board but I have been reading....I have been really busy in the last couple days.....I did a whole bunch of "spring" cleaning on my two days off with my hubby and son....and then yesterday I was back to work with my nose to the grind stone.....today we got 256 new trainees and we have been extremely busy this morning drawing blood and get them out of our clinic...... I will continue to read and post as I can..... BTW: MY MOM GOT HER DATE....SHE IS HAVING HER SURGERY ON JAN 31ST IN COLUMBIA.....NOW WE WILL BE ABLE TO ADD HER TO THE LOSER'S BENCH.....AFTER SUCH A LONG DELAY WITH THE INSURANCE EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE GOING MUCH FASTER.....JUST KEEP HER IN YOUR PRAYERS.....
