New Year's Resolutions - Yes it is that time of year
o.k. everyone...HOWDIE from St. Louis....
I made a big New Year's Resolution this year...that I was going to get back into the exercise routines, I had previously set for myself...before my last plastic surgery....
So today, I did it...I signed up for WATER AQUATICS - BOOT CAMP; 
at the South County YMCA...it starts next Monday January 8th from 6:15 a.m. YES, I SAID a.m. 
to 7:00 a.m. on Monday's and Wednesdays.
I am challaneging anyone in the area to come and join me.....the cost is only $62.00 for non members for eight weeks....what a bargain....that is about $4.50 a day for each of the sessions....go ...come join me....as of this morning there were still 18 openings.
This works out perfectly because the last session will be on Wednesday February 21st and my next plastic surgery 
will be on March 3rd....what timing...

If I lived closer I would SO be there (you KNOW that!) but alas I live too darn far away.
So I will be thinking of you and your exercise program and sending out all sorts of ENERGETIC THOUGHT/BODY WAVES to you my dear friend.
Send some my way as well. I have finally been cleared to hit the gym again (as long as I don't do weights with the left arm) and have actually been back "at" it for the last 1-2 weeks. The elliptical, treadmill, bike and rower are my "friends"

The first surgery as you know was the "Large Volume Liposuction" so now on March 3, I will have the extra skin removed....it is called a brachioplasty and arm lift....my plastic surgeon will also do some additional liposuction of what he couldn't get the first time, because I was in surgery so long and lost so much blood.
I am very excited and can hardly wait. Please keep me in your prayers.
