Jan-About the coffee creamer....

I am not sure if you have found it yet, but we have it here. The coffee creamer is by International and it comes in a blue bottle. You get it in the fridge section at Wal-Mart, where all the other coffee creamers are. I use the french vanilla one. It is a liquid and you keep it in the fridge. It is sugar-free but sweetened with Splenda. It is wonderful. I also found a decaf vanilla flavored coffee. I use that, a tad bit of Splenda and the creamer and it is like a dessert in a cup. It has SAVED me during stage 2. I will admit though, I sometimes drink the regular vanilla coffee that has caffine in it, but Dr. H. said just take it easy with it. I drink about 1 cup of regular every week and a half, not to much. Anyway, I was drinking the coffee without the creamer until I found this stuff. It is wonderful. I have never been a big breakfast person and do not like "eating" when I first get up. I was like that before surgery as well. Drinking the coffee in the morning gives me the pick me up I need to get started. I also use the creamer and the instant coffee in my protien shake. I will dissolve the coffee in just a tad bit of HO****er (it will be thick). Then I take a cup of milk, my protien powder, a bit of creamer and the coffee, blend it with some ice, and there ya go, iced coffee for the mornings you don't want it hot. It is wonderful. HAHA, I can't help but laugh here, here I am finding all these wonderful things I can have and about 2 weeks ago I was complaining!!! Go figure. Anyway, hope you can find the creamer if you haven't already.....

thanks Kat the next time im at wal-mart i will get me some of it. I just would like a cup now and then. My husband has coffee every morning and some days it just smells so good but i have to have flavored creamer in it . lol Thank you for thanking of me. Jan

Kat, Hi, G/F!! I wanna have one of your famous iced coffees now...lol...YUM! Someone mentioned they put the vanilla protien powder in their coffee, but I think I tried it once, and it won't disolve.../ Am I crazy, can someone clarify that? OR IF you use powder in your HOTT COFFEE, please tell me what I did wrong. Love & Huggz Sherr

Sherr, Treece said that she had used the protien powder and I thought it sounded wonderful, but I have not tried it yet. I never thought about it not disolving. Treece - tell us what you used and how, please. Marilyn
