Dexter, Puxico area

Hi Missouri, Any of you guys and gals from the Dexter, Puxico area, I spent every summer of my childhood in that area. I should have married a Missouri guy the way I love it there, both my Mom and Dad were born and raised in that area. Nice, warm God loving people all of you. Bobbie In Baltimore

I graduated from Dexter in 86, still have lots of friends there, I now live in Park Hills, which is closer to st. louis.

Hi Susan, My Grandmother Dozier lived at 612 oak street in a little house across from the park,many many years back there used to be a roller skating rink in that park. I still have cousins that live in the Puxico, Dexter area. I got to go back for the Puxico Homecoming 2 years ago and had a ball, nothing like a goat burger UGH... I haden't been back since 1978 when my father passed away. I am kin to the Harty's, Kleffers, Doziers, Morgans,Caldwell's , Williams , Wilkinson and Watson family all have been in that area since the late 1800's I got my first kiss at the drive in movie at Dexter ha-ha.
