Thanks for the recipe Claudette. These were great! Who would have knew they weren't regular sugar filled cookies? I'm going to make a batch when we go to my Mom's house for Christmas. She's always making peanut butter cookies......but they are the old fashion sugary kind. I'm anxious for her and everyone to taste these that don't have all that sugar. Won't she be surprised!! lol I guess I need to get myself a dark cookie sheet though Glenna
