Stress Test Tomorrow

Hey everyone it's b een a few weeks since I last posted. I have went to my Drs Appt and am going for my stress test tomoorow at 8;30 am. I am getting quite nervous I guess I will send my paperwork in tomorrow after my stress test. I also have had my blood work done. The only thing I'll have left is to send my paperwork in and then to get my psyche appt. Things are moving along nicely. Michelle

Hi Michelle. Good luck on the Stress Test. Will it be physical or chemical? I had a chemical one. Just remember, it doesn't take that long, only about 3 minutes. Ask them about the side effects so it doesn't scare you if they start happening. Just remember to breath and stay as calm as you can, it is over quickly. ~Diana~

Hi Diana, Went today and did the physical one. It was hard. I thought my breathing and heart rate would never get back to normal. I see what you mean by staying calm because I thought for a spli moment I was gonna have a heart attack. Short of breath didn't even compare to this. One great thing though is it is now OVER. Thanks for the advice Michelle
