Hi Again... I'm looking for the web sites that sell the Protein Powder? And any good places to buy it - besides Food 4 Less - Does Anyone use the stuff from Walmart? if so WHAT do you use and how does it taste? The jug's of the stuff from walmart are so huge I hate to buy one if it's tastes nasty... ya know? OH - Congratulations Jan - What a huge step... wish I was there with you... yes pat there is a web site ...go to google and type in OPtimum Nutrition protein powder .... it is very good the one i like the very best is Rocky road. but also like the van ice cream flavor cause you can make so many different flavors with some favorings and or fruit in a blender. Jan

I drink EAS Carb Advantage Chocolate Fudge prepared drinks from Walmart. Not too bad. I use Unjury unflavored, chocolate, and vanilla from www.unjury.com. They are good! ~Diana~

I like the Slim Fast Low Carb Diet pre-mixed in the cans. I put in a tablespoon of peanut butter and a banana in mine and blend it with ice to make a smoothie out of it. Scott
