Gosh, I've been out of touch. I don't have time to come check on the board everyday, especially on the weekends......I've been reading the post and trying to catch up. Deb M. Glad you found the tutorial page. Hope it helped with what you were looking for. I know the trouble with your son is so on your mind and putting such stress on you, but remember you have taught him right from wrong.....he may not act like he remembers what he's been taught.....but down deep he does. How many of us have done what we knew we shouldn't? Alan...Poor guy. He is really having a time. We are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. Melissa...Sooo glad to see you post again. I have thought of you every day and just kept those prayers going for you. To all of you that are having bouts with nerves before surgery....I don't think you would be normal if you weren't a little nervous, no matter what kind of surgery you were having. Kat...You may have seen me talk about it on the board before, but yes, I hit a plateau very early on. It lasted for about 20 days. It's hard to not get discouraged when that happens....that was a long 20 days, just wishing that scale would move! Your body has to adjust...it's been through a big change. I was like you though....I KNEW the reason for the plateau was NOT because I was eating to much. lol It just wasn't possible. I hit about 3 or 4 big plateaus before I got to goal For those of you that I haven't personally responded to, don't take it personal. I don't respond to every single post...I just don't have time for that anyway....But then, not every single person responds to me when I post either. lol I do care for you all, and when there is a need here I do pray for you. When I say I pray for you, I don't just "say" that I pray for you. I take it very seriously. Those of you that are going to meet in Sedalia on the 19th,.....That will be so much fun. I hope they have a back room for you somewhere, cause I bet you'll be a rowdy bunch. lol Claudette...I'm so looking forward to the Circle of Friends meeting Monday night. The first meeting in Oct. was so great, but I think last month was just awesome. What a boost the support groups can be to us when we have a good one to attend. We are very fortune. I hope to see you all there, if it's possible for you to attend. Glenna

Thank you Glenna! We can use all the prayers we can get right now and they are appreciated!! We just pray that he wises up before he goes too far! There are many others on here that need prayer too, let's not forget them!!
