I'm Alive!!!

Well Good Afternoon Everyone: Yes, You can believe your eyes. I am here and posting. Cant believe that it has been almost a month since I have last posted. What a month this has been I wouldnt wish what I went thro on my worst enemy!!!!!!!! The swelling is slowly but surely going down. I will have to order new carpet for the house since I have worn a path in mine since they upped my lasix. lol I am now just finally getting rid of the gas that they filled me with when I had surgery. Now if that isnt the most unplesant thing I went thro. Eeeekkkkk!!! I am still real swollen thro my chest and stomach but hopefully that will start going down each day. Thanks to each and everyone one of you for all the prayers and thoughts. I would of never made it tho my ordeal if it hadnt been for you all. I love and miss you all so much. Sorry I havent been on here at all. Just havent felt like getting on the computer. And DH has been doing so much for me what a blessing he has been. God sure did give me the perfect mate for me. I am working with Rachael on getting everyones address ready to email out to everyone that still wants to do the Christmas card exchange. If you hanvet recently emailed me your address please do it again. Yes, Andrew I know I have yours but I am not for sure where I did with it. So if you will resend it too me I would appricate it. Sorry I have been on pain meds and my brain is really fuzzy at times. And maybe it is just my brain and the meds have nothing to do with it at all. I will try and get on here and post more often. And I am sure the better I start feeling the more I will be around. I just wanted to let you know I am here and to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for all your thoughts and prayers!!!! Woot Woot Melissa.....SOOOOOO glad to see you back posting!!! I'm sure you have a ways to go yet but we've all sure been prayin and bombarding heaven for ya. We've missed ya terribly. melissa, so glad to see you are okay. i am sorry i did not get back to the hospital to see you. i was in on nov. 20 for my surgery and out on thanksgiving. i thought you had went home until i was chatting with jan. and she told me. anyway you might not even remember me coming by. but your hubby was really nice. and you are so strong melissa. love, patty

Hi melissa, thxs for getting back with me. I am so glad you remembered me. Don't be sorry. There was a lot going on with you. I am just happy everything is going good with you melissa. I did real good through surgery. I was more nauseated than in pain. And now I am able to eat soft foods. But it seems like everything I eat, it makes me sicky(dry heaves). I am getting ready to go out and walk with my bulldog. If you need anything or just need to talk, I am here for you melissa, luv ya, patty
