Glenna, I finally found that post by Amy about the tutorials. I wasn't on the main messageboard where it is. I got on there by mistake today and thought well...duh!! lol I looked through it and got some good pointers....thanks for helping me or at least trying too!
Oh, I love sausage gravy and homemade bisquits! I never had bisquits and gravy until I moved to MO, in CA, Mom always made them with syrup. Hubby had to show me how to make gravy with milk, in CA, we only used water! After he showed me, I tried different things and got real good at it! I always said I have never seen a good cook that was skinny, I guess I will now! Hopefully on the 19th 
Claudette, I didn't know you could have steak after wls.....shows ya how much I know! I'm still pre-surgery and will be having Lap Band...God Willing! I think I need to go back to my book and re-read! Thanks for setting me straight!
Julia, I know it's frustrating hun and you can imagine all kinds of things, trying to hurry up your date! Just remember, it will be in God's time! When He feels were ready, we'll get it!
Vesta, I have no idea about the MGB...lol, I always thought it was a car I wanted years back! A little, red, convertable, sports car...vvvrrrrooooommmmm! Seriously tho, where did you get the info? I don't want it but would like to read about it!
Thank you all for your prayers, I will keep you all posted when I get more news! He is not contacting anyone back home here. He is staying in seclusion with his gf, I guess! His phone got shut off with a very high phone bill. He always kept that it paid because he was so busy with the church! His credit cards are maxed out, he has no job! I don't have any info. on the gf except her first name and that she lives with her grandma because she can't get along with her parents. I would imagine tho, that they met at school. At the Bible College....go figure!
Some good food out there that are BIG nono's! I forgot about buffalo wings, gulp! Man, I need to rethink this wls.....just kidding! I would give up just about anything to get my health back!
Jan, seriously, I'm not trying to keep up with you on the "What's Happening" posts! I just had alot of people to say something to today but got mad and signed off because the dang site was making me sign on again today and I never can remember that stuff....too many screen names, passwords, ID's, codes...etc I finally got all my info. and signed back in tonight and had all kinds of post to get back too! By the way, who do I sent my address too? I thought it was Melissa but I think she's a little busy right now!
I probably won't be on tomorrow, my daughter is dropping the babies off while they go to the chiefs game. It is such a big deal to them and they hate the fact that when I drove the metro buses up in KC, I drove a lot of the game buses to the chiefs games and the royals while getting paid over $15.00 an hour.....the thing is, I'm not a real big sports fan anymore. I use to go back to my bus, turn it on and go to the back seat and sleep. Many drivers did that, our supervisiors came by hitting the buses near the back ends to wake everyone up so we would be ready for all the fans! The wins were loud but not too bad, the losses were VERY bad!! Drunks, arguments, fights, throwing people off the buses...that's where you made your money but they don't understand that part! All thy hear is the "getting paid to watch the chiefs play!" Don't get me wrong tho, when the games on here at home and we watch it, I cheer for them!! I'm just not one to sit out in the cold or heat to watch a game! I burn easy and I get cold, fast!

As a Kid I remember my Uncle taking me to a Royals game, sure had a blast but I do remember all the people drinking beer. We've been to a couple Dallas Cowboy football gamez in Dallas a few years back, after going to a couple we decided if we really wanna watch the game bad enough then TV was a better place to watch LoL They can get pretty wild lol.
