Claudette, Protein pudding is something I make all the time. I don't know if it works out to 1/4 cu*****t, but I add 2 scoops of my protein powder to the small box of sf instant pudding and mix in the 2 cups of milk.....just like you said. I have tried different flavors, but my favorite is the Chocolate Fudge pudding mix with the chocolate protein powder. If I want to get real inventive.....sometimes I sprinkle on a tiny bit of granola or just a tiny bit of grape nuts for some crunch. (notice I said "tiny bit".....I try not to get to carried away with this) Glenna

2 1/2 cups of Skim milk into a blender....add box of fat free/sugar free Jello Instant Chocolate pudding mix....also add four scoops of chocolate protein, and half container of Fat Free/Sugar Free Cool Whip..blend together.. makes a very tasty SWEET rich tasking Moouse Dessert......Low Calories, Low Fat . sugar free...TRY IT.....
