Hey Claudette, The good news about the COF meeting being a week early is month is the fact we don't have to wait so long for a meeting this time.....but the bad news is it will seem like a long time till the January one. Your roasted chicken supper sounded yummy. To bad I didn't read about it in time.....We could have "dropped" by for a sample. lol Jess has some beef and pork in the pressure cooker right now....not sure what he is stirring up in there. He's a good cook when he decides to do it. So I know I'll have a good supper....whatever he comes up with. We've been enjoying the batch of protein balls I made the other night. Thanks again for the recipe. It has been a good snack this long weekend we've had. Tomorrow Jess will go back to work and things will return to normal around here. Talk to you soon, Glenna
