Insurance Appeal

Can anyone tell me where on this site I can find examples of insurance appeal letters? Tami said that they were on here somewhere but I can't remember what she said, Tami? HELP! Thanks Brenda

Go to forums which is almost at the top of this site it's under the search bar-click. Then you go down to insurance help which is the eighth one down-click. When you get to that page look to your left and it will say "what do I do if I am denied?" click that and it will give you some tips on an appeal letter ( on the right) and under those tips is a link to click for an example of an appeal letter.Great info on this page.
