Guess who???
Hi everyone, just checking in......
Well here in St. Louis this afternoon the weather is 
N A S T Y it is a real mess. Our office closed at 2:00 p.m. today; I only live 35 minutes from work and it took me an hour and 20 minutes to get home.....ugh.....
Other than the weather; life is so good for me......I am getting so excited; I am finally consistently in the 200's and have not bopped back to the 3's even with Thanksgiving coming and going. How excited I am. After my lipo procedure I have lost a total of 33 inches in my upper body and arms. WOW....
So, I hope everything is going well, with everyone. 
Hello to everyone, and if any of the oldies but goodies are out there lurking and reading it sure would be good to hear from you all.
