Omg!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope everyone is safe. Can you believe this weather. Boonville, mo. 4:30am I opened the backdoor. My dogs went to go out. And my bassett could not be seen except his tail, lol. It it was not for my rottweiller, he would not have a little path to get through, lol. I will have to shovel snow just to let my english bulldog out, lol. I hope everyone is safe. God bless everyone. how are you doing Patty. are you doing ok? lol you dont need to be shoveling anything you hear? you can go out and walk it down for the bulldog but dont you dare picik up a shovel. NO NO NO Jan

Hi jan, yeah another friend of mine said the same thing. I won't pick up the shovel. My hubby can do that. I feel sorry for all the people stranded. My hubby got stuck twice trying to get to work. The city here has not done a whole lot. They have waited until the last minute to do anything. How are things your way jan? Patty

we got about 3 inches of ice then only about 1 inch of snow. my two outside dogs, the lab-chow-shepard mix and the full blooded chow., we have are loving it. they have been running and rolling and playing like a couple of puppies all morning. They keep coming to the back door to try and get me to come out and take my walk this morning. I told them sorry guys im aint doing it this morning. and gave them a treat anyway. lol they are so funny. Jan

yeah, i wanted to get out with my dogs and play. but i seem to forget i just had surgery last monday, lol. i guess because i am feeling so good. you stay safe, ok? patty

im glad you are feeling good . i did too after surgery except for slight nausea when i thought about food. lol. just couldnt get myself to eat or drink much , still dont eat much not as much as i should be eating. How are you doing with the water and the protein. Jan

hi jan, i am having trouble getting all of my protein in. i am drinking my water and juices. i am having my broth. an they gave me the ok to start my protein shakes with 1% milk. so that has helped. next wed. i get to try semi-soft foods. i look forward to trying some eggs and mashed potatoes, lol. the head hunger has really been bothering me. patty

Hang in there Patty, I just started my "foods" today. So far so good. The head hunger is the worst thing ever!!!! I feel pretty good too. I can't believe my surgery was two weeks ago already. Stay safe and warm everyone... Barb S
