Iam so sorry that I have not been able to get on here lately...Ive been working some, and then when I come on obesityhelp it wont let me in....its frustrating so I hope it lets me post this....Iam so sorry to hear about Marylin...We know she is in Gods loving arms right now....
Iam happy to see everyone doing so good other wise...and new post ops...and hello to the new Preops..
On Wed. at 8:45 I will be taking the next step in my new lifes Journey...I will be having my tracheostomy reversed..Which means it will be removed......I went to my PCP today and had my 2 week VITB12 shot and Ive lost 8.5lbs since last week when I had stopped in for weight in...Now im down 118lbs. I now weight 280lbs from 398 when I first went to him last year...I will be seeing my new ENT Dr. on Wed in Kirksville and I need your prayers because this makes me scared...Ive had this trach for almost 9 years (in Feb) and I havent breathed on my own since..so Im terrified. Ive been practing my breathing te*****ues and everything getting my muscles in my neck all strengthed up....So, I think i will be ok .....I love you all and forgive me for not being able to post...its either my computer or this site but when i go to post it closes out ......God Bless you all ...and much Love............Craig Lee
How really wonderful Craig. I have been wondering about you. so glad that you are going to get that trach taken out . I know that is one of your goals.
wow on the weight loss. that is amazing. man. I bet you have went down more in clothing sizes now havent you.
I am now down 56 pounds and in a size 12. wow what this wls does....remember back last Febuary when we thoght we had no hope? lots has changed hasnt it?
