Our Dear Marilyn....

I did not get the chance to get to know this wonderful woman. It breaks my heart. I have recently been "renewing" my faith in the good Lord. I will admit it is so hard to understand how He can take our loved ones away from us. I tell myself that the dear Lord just missed His blessed child so much that He called her home. "Please Dear Lord, Help us to understand your reason for taking dear Marilyn home. Please help us hold our heads up high and remember this glorious woman for the wonders that she has brought to this Earth. We pray for all of our strength to go to her family, as they need it in this time of sorrow. We ask that you help her family overcome this tragedy. We ask that you hold Tom up with your wonderful grace. He will need you now more than ever. Send your angels to be with him and keep him safe. Please help us as we grieve. Please watch over all those who are suffering. We ALL need you now. We pray this is your good name, and in the name if your son, Jesus Christ...Amen" I had to post this prayer. I am so sorry that Marilyn won't be with us anymore. I never had the chance to get to know Marilyn, but my sorrow is just as great as it would be if I had known her for years. This is just horrible.......

Thanks for this post Kat. My heart aches for her family and friends and even though I didn't know her well, this is a GREAT loss for all of us. I was ANGEL to a man last year who also died of a heart attack a couple of days after surgery. We never know God's plan for us, and it's so hard to understand when someone is about to embark upon this new journey in life here on earth, why they'd be taken, why now? Sending up prayers for eveyone who's been touched by Marilyn. Tami
