MONDAY WHATS HAPPENING
Jan...the tube that use to help you breath when they put you under for surgery. Some patients aren't aware of it but I woke up with it still in my throat, I was choking on it and I was trying to grab it to pull it out....this was while wheeling me into recovery after one of my back surgeries.
Thank you all for your prayers!
Hubby' s Dr visit was with his cardiologist, they are FINALLY going to check him for sleep apnea...THANK YOU GOD, PRAYERS ANSWERED! They also stopped one of his meds (betapace) that is suppose to straighten out his heart rhythm but doesn't work...only problem when hubby didn't take it tonight he started having bad pains in his upper back and left arm, he took the med and 15 minutes later her was alright. We will call the Dr tomorrow to see what should be done. Until then he can keep taking it!
My visit was okay, $270 for what was suppose to be a 2 hour session plus an hour of the Dr doing the report. I go there at 8:30, got in to see him by 8:45 and was done before 10:00. I was a little depressed when he told me that it would be another 2 to 3 weeks before Dr H gets the report. I called Dena and let her know that I had done it and asked if she heard anything from the hospital about a date, they answer was ...no. At least I have that part done with, maybe all I have to do now is wait. I hope it won't be long.
Andrew?? When you say you saw us at the seminar, I was in the third or fourth row back all the way against the wall. I don't remember much at the door. I was worried cause I didn't get signed in before Dena left but Dr H said it would be okay. Hubby wanted to know if you walked out of the hospital and out to the parking lot with another couple? We walked out with another couple, talking the whole way!
CONGRATS TO MARILYN AND PATTY!! ....and anyone else I missed, sorry it's been a long day! I didn't make it to the hospital. I was trying to get back home so I could ride with the hubbys to his appt...I didn't make it
Glad Melissa is doing better...she had us all worried!!
Love & Prayers for all Deb M

The red spots on the hubbys feet are like someone would have if a part of the the body was choked off and couldn't get oxygen. They are tiny lil red spots like broken blood vessels or capillaries. The cardiology said he wasn't too concerned about it and to have our PCP look at them. I'd think, something like this needs to be looked at, especially a cardiac patient taking as many meds as the hubby does......and yes, I have been a Harley momma for years....umm, decades...lol
