Email Address Needed

Patients of Dr Hornbostel's.....I have been looking for a link to Dena's email address at the clinic and cant find one. Am I missing it somewhere? I used the email service on Remedy MD, but havent gotten a response yet, so I dont know if it works or not. Can anyone tell me where to find it, or have it for me?
