Seminar Saturday Morning

Well Sturday morning starts my path for sure!!! I have to go to the seminar that Dr. Scott is offering in KC Sat. Morning. Is there anything I need to know or ask before going?? I think I'm actually getting nervous. This seminar means I'm actually getting the ball rolling. Hearing the problems Melissa is having is making me think twice. I know she wasn't having the actual WLS surgery but it's still very scary and also getting VERY real for me. Hope everyone is having a blessed day Please if anyone gets any news on Melissa let me know. I don't know anyone here yet but feel close to all of you because we all share so many of the same hurdles of life Michelle

I've been to the seminar in Columbia, MO that Dr. Scott does. It's very informative. You don't have to "prepare" for anything. You will be weighed, height taken and then they give you your BMI. It's a painless process.

Oh no!!! Being weighed sounds VERY painful to me!! YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But, I can deal with it if I see a light at the end of this tunnel I am in. Thanks for the reply
