Antonio....I gave up smoking after doing it for 20 some years. My last day was Oct 1, 1997. I was suppose to quit sooner but the hubby was still smoking, hard to do alone in a house of smoker's. Then he quit Labor day weekend, the same year I quit...so here he was done with cigs. and I was still hacking away! My brother died earlier that year from cancer, he asked me to stop and I did. To be honest I still crave them once in a while but I will not go back! With this weight, it would kill me for sure! I will be praying for you!

Debbie Yes, sweetie I am having surgery the same day as Andrew & Alan. Altho I am having a hernia repair this time around. I am in Columbia and I will post when I know my surgery time. Thanks for all the prayers!!!! You can never have to many people praying for ya!!! God Bless Melissa

hello Debbie, Im Ruthie from Saint Louis, Mo. I'm going through all my pre-testing on Monday the 20th. Im having Lap band and I am going to have a hernia repair as well. I would love to talk after you have your surgery. I have UHC/PPO, Im hoping they will approve me. Has anyone used them?

Good afternoon Missouri.....Sorry I haven't post before now but I have been a lazy girl today....I slept when my daughter slept....Because I know I have lots of overtime coming this week also.... My night out was a lot of fun....my DH didn't get to go because he has a stinkin sinus infection but my dad offered to take me so I took him up on his offer....my sister did my hair and my makeup and out we went....We only stayed for about an hour and half but at least I showed up to support my friend....My dad was able to talk to my friends husband and tell him "thank you for your service to protect our country." Well now I have to go get in the shower and see if I can all the "glue" out of my hair because I need to run to Wally World to get diapers and toilet paper.... Hello MO WLS Family.... Well, Mel Mel is all settled into the Hotel, I hope she likes it there like I always have... Praying for Alan, Mel Mel & Andrew.....Please come back as soon as you guys are able to let us know how you are feeling.... I will be thinking about each of you! Yesterday, I drug my 16, sweet son to a thing the Tennessess extension office puts on every year, at Dyersburg Community College (((across the river from here))) it's cooking classes, demos, taste tests, crafting classes, homeade gift ideas....and Lunch. Dylan was a great sport, and he and I had a blast. I tire easy, and have DJD, a terrible version of arthritis, but, I feel like I weigh 120 pounds, then I go to something like this, where they take pictures for $5, and I look at it, and realize, I am still a COW..... I spent the day pulling more xmas stuff out from my dad's commerical warehouse and bringing it home in my truck... My prized Fiber Optic Xmas tree, (((that I had ALREADY decorated)))) died....and I can't find anywhere, even the xmas tree company that distributes it, to buy a new AC ADAPTER.... So, I spent my day, putting together my "pencil style" xmas tree, and transfering all the ornaments of the fiber optic one Going to take a shower now, and 1/2 a tylenol...I can already tell I over did it today... Love you all! S
