NEED SOME HELP

Hello everyone happy Friday. I havent posted in a while but, my 1 year anniversay will be on the nov 9.. Yeah.. Ive lost 104 lbs I started at 313. I im happy, but I know I should have lost more.. I am eating more now is that normal? I can eat almost a full plate.. I have been messing up so bad.. Ive been eating so much halloween candy.. Yes im bad I know.. Help, im snacking so much.. I need to get control again.. I do work out everyday, and havent gained any weight, but if I keep on eating like this,I will. When do you stop losing the weight? Is it around 18 months? What suggestions do you have for me to get back on track. I went from a size 26 now to a womens 14.. I feel great. My goal is a size 10. Help.. Be blessed

Hi Latanya, You need to go back to the basics protein and water. Try to write down what you eat and look for where you are going wrong. Everybody slips up once in awhile so don't beat yourself up over it. Just get back on the horse Good luck, Carol

wow I am pre opp. but oh I will be proud of that many pds. I cant give you any much help but there is a lot on here that can...just remember what all you went thru to get where you are at now, and how good you look...you are in my prayers....Vesta

Latanya, Listen to Carol and the folks on here that have walked the walk. You need to not be mad at yourself but to also STOP the things you know are wrong and start over. Maybe eat as if you had a brand new pouchie for a few days. I haven't had surgery yet so I don't know what I'm talking about but I think that's what I'd try!! I'll be praying for you to have strength and to not feel too bad about your stumble. Hugs and love. Lana

hi, I am new post op but I think you should go back to the rules of your pouch. I also agree that you should write down everything you eat, but i will add to it to weigh and measuere everything that way you know how much you are eating to count. as I said i am new but this is what i would do. Remember your pouch is a tool if you use it properly it should work for you forever. I know it is hard to get back on track but I know you can. A great source of info is pouch rules for dummies i read it over and over it gives tips on controling hunger you can find it on line iI don't have the address here at work but i do at home and you can e-mail me there if you like at [email protected]
