Ggod morning Jan and MO Board Your greenhouse sounds wonderful, wish I had a green lol I love beautiful flowers, my dad could grow anything and I didn't get that inheritance That's great on your weight loss too Jan because we are just three months out, how fast are we suppose to lose anyway I was getting a little sad because everyone sounds like they are dropping weight with every foot step and I'm following the plan and I still see this fat girl (I know it's happening). My husband came home yesterday and he looks better and he says he feels better, he has to catherize himself until his bladder muscle gets healed, stronger and working better on its own, but he does quite well with it, he has this aweful case of hiccups and the doctor says it because his potassium is low so he has meds for that and an antibiotic, but he's in good spirits as always. I know for a person who never gets sick this has to be a blow but as usual he's taking in stride, I would say they threw away his mold however he has a twin and yes they act alike, they are very slow to get angry. However they do know how Even though I love God and people my temper sometimes flares up sometimes. Congrats on the new losers today will be praying for them to recover and strenghten and for their happiness at this great miracle. Good bless ALL ! Barbara T.

Hi Jan Just wanted to tell you that my wife and I finally got to food 4 less, and got the 100% gold standard protine mix. I was amazed at all the different flavors it comes in. I got the rocky road and chocolate mint. You were right the rocky road tastes great, and the mint is also great tasting. It is far better than the stuff I got at walmart. I really needed something good tasting now that all I can have for the next 2 weeks is liquids before my surgery. Thanks for the recommendation Alan

Late Poster Sorry... Have had a Migraine for 3 days, and NOTHING would stay down, no****er, milk, saltines, oatmeal, cream of wheat.... It's been pure hell....But headache is gone, and 1/2 piece of toast earlier...I've been fine, until I eat, and then the naseau kicks in, then with a HUGE headache, throwing up is the LAST THING I wanted to do... I basically hate eating, it's hell, horrible, sux, whatever word is your favorite, I hate it.. There, I've whined, now I am going to drink some iced tea... ANY recipes you've tried, please post em, I tried one the other night to add here for today, and it SUCKED, so I didn't post anything Sherr
