TUESDAY WHATS HAPPENING

ELECTION DAY!!!!! GO VOTE, If we don't vote then you don't have the right to say anything about any of the people in office. It is one privilege that they really havent taken away from us YET!!!! Over the years they have taken a lot of things away that were a part of our American heritage and we don't need to allow that to continue to happen. I guess that is enough of a soapbox. Lol Did anyone get up early enough yesterday morning to see the sunrise. It was brilliant red and had everything looking red. I grabbed my camera and went outside and took some pictures. Check out my website for new pictures of the sunrise. Really cool looking. I wish I could get my site to work to put up a new picture. I know how to do it it just wont work,. don't know why . It keeps saying I need to sign in even when I do it stills says that. Claudette: the s.f. pumpkin cheesecake sounds great. I am going to make that for the holidays for sure. I bet you had fun playing with the grandson right? They are so precious at that age. Debbie M. gosh girl there has to be an answer. Im sure that God will meet your needs too. We will keep you in prayer for that and it will be the right time which is always Gods time. I know it is hard to wait but you will know when the time is right . The doors will open . David: the shopping trips sound like fun now. I am still waiting for that time. I am hoping that one day I can get into smalls like your wife. And the bright colors that will be fun too. Julia: we have two surgeries on the 2nd. We have Kelli and also Tressia. One in the st louis area and one in Columbia. Wow. Hope they both have someone to let us know about them afterwards . Brenda: my appointment is at 3:30 is yours a lot earlier? If Andrew gets to have his appointment that same day we can maybe all meet up somewhere . Would be fun. Brenda I am trying to get a new picture up it just wont allow it. I have it all ready to go and when I hit the upload button it says I need to sign in (again) weird Site. Have I said I don't like it lol Hey everyone I talk to says that the coldness get worse all along. .As Glenna said yesterday, We turn into these people that take sweaters in with them to a restaurant in the summer time Andrew: wow so you have the psych making house calls. She must think you are really bad off. Lol Yes I would say the Lord really did handle that for you . That is awesome. Cant wait till you have your surgery and join us on the losers bench, Glenna: yes we have been working really hard on getting the green house finished we ran out of the channel for the polycarbonate panels and had to order them today. They will be here by ups bus in a couple of days. It is really cool looking. The front of it is done but have to get the rest of the cedar siding up and have to wait for the channels to get here for that. I did take a picture even tho it isn't quite finished . It is also on my web site. Glad to see you again. Hope you come back often. Lana: so glad that you went to doctor for the pain. And he is right the flu shots are made from dead virus so they cant infect you at all. You must have caught something and didn't really know it . Might not have been bad enough to make you really sick and can still make you have pain like that later. Hers hoping you will be better soon. Are you still going to go to the support meeting on the 13th at St. Johns? Was just wondering. Was wondering if all of you that are having surgery during the month of November would come on the board and write down your date. And if you don't have an angel let us know , someone will offer to be your angel Im sure. We have several on here that are good ones. Lol Today when you post all post ops would you put your weight information down at the bottom of your post like this. I thought it would be a fun thing to do once a week or so Weight and measure day. Good morning.....How is the people in Missouri doing today? I am already at work...We are not very busy today... I get to go to the doctor today...finally, hopefully he will be able to get some answers for me...I have written down everything that I take, as well as problems that I am facing. I have continued to pray for healing...I need to get back to the gym....I want to desparately get the rest of the weight off so I can get my long awaited tummy tuck done. My daughter is doing a much better...this morning when I took her to the daycare she didn't want to let go of me...it almost made me cry....we are going to take the kids out trick or treating tonight...my son wants to be a vampire and my little girl is going to be a pumpkin.....my son is all excited about pushing his sister to the doors in the stroller... Good Morning Jan Well I had to put my husband in the hospital Saturday night because for some reason fluid couldn't be expelled. So I almost lost him, they took four liters of fluid from him and he still has some more to go. We've been married for 27 years and he has never been sick, so I've been really busy running back annd forth to the hospital, he's doing better but he still can't get the fluids out on his own (if you know what I mean) I would appreciate your prayers for him, you know it's really strange being in the house without him. The surgeon says the hernia operation was a success it was a lot bigger than they thought it was and said he had to have been in great pain. But now this other thing has popped up, but he is a man of great faith and I know the hand of God is upon him. I'm on my way to the hospital and will post again when I can. I'm trying to hang in there and not go bonkers Have a blessed day in the Lord! Barbara T.

Good Morning Jan and All: Well it's almost noon, not that I wasn't up early, just no time these days. Only 2 more days till my rebirt. I am I think starting to get nervous now. I think I have my household in order, or does anyone ever have their household in order when their kids come back home to live with their children. Anyway. I do have alot of support. I have Johns parents here I do love them so much. John's mom is so worried about me in the surgery but I assure her all the time this is done on a daily basis and the risk is so slim these days. So here I go babbling again. I want to say thank you so much for all the kind e-mails when I opened my box up just awhile ago I was so supprised to see so many kind and thoughtful words and prayers. Good Afternoon, I've been on the run all day. Had to take Gracie, my poodle, to the doggie beauty shop this morning in Poplar Bluff and decided to get groceries while I was there since it's 40 miles one way. So I got home and put everything away and returned phone calls and thought I would jump on here real quick before I go walk. Things are going good for me, except like I said yesterday I'm getting cold real easy. But I would rather be cold and snuggle under blankets than be sweating gallons and burning up all the time. OK I put my info at the bottom Jan, but nobody else has so for. Good Eveing Everyone: Yes, I know I am late getting on here. Was here earlier but then got called away. DH took his father back to the DMV and he failed his actual driving test for the 2nd time. He has 1 chance left if he fails that one then he loses his driven licenses for good. Needless to say he wasnt in a pleasant mood today when he stopped by for coffee. We had alot of trick or treater tonight. More then what we normally have. I was happy to see so many kids out and plus getting that candy out of my house was a plus. lol Looks like were in for a good cold spell for the next week or so. Everyone needs to bundle up when they head outdoors. I am headed for the shower I have a bad headache. My sugar really bottomed out on me this evening. It dropped down to 45 I was sick and ohhh so sleep and shaken. Got me a bite to eat and I have been dragging butt the rest of the evening. So I thought maybe a shower would help me feel better.
