This would be great for morning of Thanksgiving or Xmas for a family breakfast...it makes 8 hearty pie shaped servings... Deep Dish Quiche 4 oz. cream cheese 4 eggs or egg beaters 1/3 cup FF half and half 2 cups low fat shredded cheese (your choice of flavor) 1/2 cup low carb spaghetti or pizza sauce 1 cup mozzarella cheese (for top) Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream & parmesan cheese Spray 9" baking dish (I use a pie plate), with oil. Put the 2 cups of low fat cheese in dish and pour egg mixture over it. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Spread on pizza sauce, sprinkle on mozzarella cheese and add your favorite toppings. Toppings i.e. pepperoni, black olives, green olives, pineapple, canadian bacon, mushrooms, ham, turkey bacon, peppers, onions, etc. (Depending where you are on your WLS, I made this right after I could have eggs, and didn't add any toppings to one "slice" ) ***NOTE: I have always lived alone, and want to tell you, this is great cold or re-heated, and add a salad and eat if for a lunch...It freezes very WELL! IF you have any left over Everyone....just keep adding your "TRIED" recipes an the end here, so we will have a whole line of great recipes.... xoxo S

Sher, I'm a little confused on cheeses for this recipe. Where it says ADD CREAM & PARMESAN CHEESE. I don't see parmesan on ingredient list. This is going to have a lot of cheese in it. Is that okay for us to eat? I'm still pre-op so I am gathering info for later. Huera
