I thought it would be good to start collecting some good WLS friendly holiday recipes. I also thought it might be fun to collect them all and put them in print to bring to the next support group meetings and pass on to some of my WLS friends that don't go to support group meetings. So....any great recipes that you may have would be much appreciated.

There are wonderful recipes on the reciepe and home forum on this site. I make a wonderful sf carrot cake and sf cheesecake with sf cherry pie filling yummy. You can also make pecan pie with splenda and a little lite syrup and it is great and not so bad for you.

I thought it would be a great idea for us here on the Missouri Board to share ANY recipe that we have made ourselves and give our thoughts on how we liked it, what we might change up, what our family thought etc.... I am only 4 weeks out, and as of this coming friday will be able to have cooked veggies and lettuce...(LOL) and cold cereal.... So those that are farther out, if you could give us good ones that you have personally tried....THAT WOULD BE AWESOME.... I am going to do a "Daily Recipe Thread" so please, feel free to "SUBMIT" away...LOL Sherr
