Sunday Morning Whats Happening:

Wow it is a beautiful morning this morning, isn't it. I just put covers over the air conditioner yesterday, might need them today, lol. I really don't think so since the surgery I have been so cold since this cool weather has come. This time last year I would think that I would burn up. Boy how a few pounds lost make you feel. I haven't been exercising as much as I should. Guess I better get back into it, need to find something I like to do in the house since it is so cold outside. My appointment went well last Tuesday, in Chicago, Ill. My doctor said everything was going well. So now I won't have to see him again until in April. My weight loss has slowed up some. I was losing 2 or more pounds a week, this past week I only lost 1/2 pound. I guess I am going to have to try harder. Well good luck everyone for the week coming, will post later. Kathleen, you go girl!!! I saw you profile on forum today you look great. I am just getting this process started. I will have the seminar the 7th and but I have some of the other evals done prior. I am in Sedalia area and look forward to being on the losers bench with my new friends. Keep up the good work you've come this far doing great. Sometimes just walking in place of checking the scales will get you jump started. ( even though I am a nurse and l now these things it's easier said than done ) JULIA

Jan!!!! I saw your PICTURES iF YOU EVER FIND A BIG BOX WITH AIR HOLES IN IT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR, FEED I****ER IT, AND KEEP IT WARM AND DRY! CAUSE IT'S ME. I love the flowers, pets, the family. I feel the same as Huera , I am going to do it early in case they really do know how crazy I amI am getting so excited about meeting everyone going to the 7th and 14th meeting. Andrew let me know about time and date of appt on 6th as I would like to meet you and the MRS.Also Andrew when I find out the time I will see you the AM of the 14th.Deb from Harrisonville, I chose the RNY due to (1) Dr H doing it and (2) medicare paying (3) I want this to be a life time commitment with the best outcome and least amount of cheating on my part. But GOD will tell you, like he did me in the 80"s(I backed out of surgery a few minutes before they were going to take me in!!!!) as to whether this is right for you. We may not always remember it but we do have angels with us in our everyday lives. So just listen to your heart they will be there.:bye:JULIA
