Calliing all Lapbanders!
Just checking in to see what everyone is up to! I have been walking my dog every morning, even in the rain for 20 minutes and then walking on the treadmill for 35 minutes. I added a few upper body weight reps today. Trying to lose 80 more pounds. I feel like this is going to take me forever! I'm stuck on 279! I'm really watching everything that I eat and drink to see where my calories are going. Trying to keep the motivation to exercise! Going back to all of the basic band rules!
The pcp just sent My dh's letter of med nec to insurance. I'm hoping they will help us find a surgeon that takes MC+. It's proving to be difficult!
